Delete your Sada account

In the app

  1. Open Sada and go to your profile.
  2. Choose Delete account.
  3. Confirm. Your account is deleted.

Without the app

Email jas@sada.com.om from the address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my Sada account”. We will delete it and confirm by email. We aim to respond within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your account, your profile and your personal details — your name and email address. Anything you published is taken down at the same time: it stops appearing on the map, in the feed and anywhere else in Sada.

What is kept

The recordings themselves are kept in our storage, no longer linked to a public profile, so that a deletion made by mistake can be undone if you ask us. If you would like them erased permanently as well, tell us when you delete, or email us, and we will remove them.

Some records may persist briefly in backups before being overwritten.
